Returns and Shipping

Before you send us an email regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges please read everything below. If you still want to send us an email do not forget to include YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
SHIPPING TIME:
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Each item we ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, all items are final sale and we do not accept returns. See requirements for refunds and exchanges below. If 15 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Phone cases, Mugs, Tanks, and Tees only be returned for exchange if visibly damaged, wrong item delivered. Photos are required to be emailed.
FOR A DAMAGED ITEMS (15 days):
Please email us at orders@redmedialab.com and we will send you information regarding the damaged item, and re-shipping a new one.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if we will reship or refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@redmedialab.com.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER:
Orders cannot be cancelled after the item has already begun production.
INCORRECT ORDERS:
If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. All items should be sent back using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, you will receive a refund for the shipping cost.
SHIPPING INFO:
Please allow up to 12 business days for shipping. (This means weekends do not count.)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Anything returned to us not following these guidelines will be returned to you immediately, and you will be charged for our shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
OVERNIGHT OPTION
We do not have expedited shipping options available at this time, however we do take special requests.
